SALES CONDITIONS

SHIPPING
All of your orders will be delivered by express courier at your own expense to the address which you have given. Possible damages and/ or missing goods must be dealt with directly with the Carrier at the moment of reception of goods, and mention of complaint made on delivery documents.

ORDERS
A minimum order of one carton of 6 bottles (which can be assorted).

PACKING FOR DELIVERY
All of our products are packed in polystyrene lined cartons used for shipping.

LIABILITY
Rosselli Del Turco, Montefiridolfi Farm will not assume any responsibility for late delivery or missing goods caused by external sources and beyond their (Rosselli Del Turco’s) will. They will not accept any claims for damages received after 8 days of reception of goods.

PRICES
All prices to the public include sales tax.

PAYMENT
Payment will be made in Euros.
The safe online payment service operated by Key Client, guarantees payment from the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Maestro and Jcb.
On rare occasions and only with authorization can payments be made by bank transfer.

The Key Client system guarantees a modality and transaction of payment which is easy, fast and safe, thus avoiding the installation of a software or the filling in of forms downloaded from the internet.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Once the order has been accepted, you will be given a link to our protected server (certified by Verisign) from UGF Bank. The page which you will see will show the Rosselli Del Turco, UGF Bank and Key Client logos, the amount of the transaction and an identification number of the transaction.
The payment data travel on coded channels and are authenticated by SSL until it reaches Key Client, who then uses the data to immediately ask for authorization of payment from the Authorization Circuits.
