The
Farm
has
been
historically
devoted
to
the
production
of
Gallo
Nero from
1941,
in
the
preservation
of
a
tradition
which,
year
after
year,
renews
itself.
The
family
stems
from
old
and
noble
traditions
and
counts
the
grandparents
of
Mario
Rosselli
Del
Turco as
the
founding
partners
of
both
the
Wine
Consortium
of
Chianti
Classico
and
of
the
Consortium
of
Colli
Fiorentini
Chianti.
From
a
limited
but
high
quality
yield
and
using
only
native
vines,
Mario
Rosselli
Del
Turco
strives
to
offer
in
his
Chianti
Classico
the
historical
characteristics
of
this
denomination:
its
pleasant
drinkability
and
the
elegant
fruity
notes
typical
of
Sangiovese,
the
principle
grape
vine
of
Gallo
Nero.
Last,
but
not
least,
the
Farm
produces
an
Extra
Virgin
Olive
Oil
certified
D.O.P.
of
Chianti
Classico,
which
through
its
fragrance,
entirely
expresses
the
genuineness
of
Tuscany. |
